74 Year Old Woman Surrenders In Hit And Run

A Pennsylvania woman who struck a 26-year-old pedestrian and left the scene of the accident on April 27 came forward later that day. The article on Philly.com said that the 74-year-old woman did not realize she struck the young woman until she went home and noticed damage to her car. The victim had been walking home from her job when she was struck and killed.
